Goodbyes From Beyond

We stare with heavenly eyes
Down past the deep blue skies
We see Mommy losing her head
Crying because, her children are dead
Sorry because, we didn't say goodbye
Daddy thought, we had to die
We were so scared at his rage
Our life ended, before another page
We're walking towards Heaven's gate
Please dear God, could you wait?
To our Mother, we need to say
Sad goodbyes, in our way
Precious Mommy, this is your son
Please remember, all our fun
When the sun pierces your deep blue sea
And you feel its warmth, you'll know it's me
Goodbye Mommy, I miss you so much
I wish I could feel, one last touch
Into the night, when you start to cry
Look for your little girl, shining in the sky
Goodbye Mommy, we have to go
Daddy, there's one thing we need to know
Why was it that we had to die?
And stare at Mommy, with Heavenly eyes
